We have it on impeccable authority that on Weekend Breakfast on 7 May Fauziah Ibrahim became the first ABC news presenter to call the pro-women speakouts held in Australia in March by their actual name – Let Women Speak – and to say the black-masked men doing Nazi salutes at the Melbourne speakout were gatecrashers rather than attendees.
It happened seven weeks after the actual event, but hey it did happen.
We hope the ABC’s Orthodoxy Police won’t be too hard on her.
